New York Style Cheesecake

Prep: 15 minutes plus refrigeration
Bake: 1 hour 5 minutes

NY-Style Cheesecake:
1 cup NABISCO Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
5 pkg. (8oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, Softened

Garnish:
2 Tbsp. Cool Whip Strawberry Whipped Topping

Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325F for 10 minutes. BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust. BAKE at 325F for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with whipped topping just before serving. MAKES 16 SERVINGS
